At Patterns ABA, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families throughout Oklahoma. We provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the home, school, and community settings, allowing our team members to help children develop skills where they learn, grow, and interact every day.
Because our services are delivered in natural environments, we are actively seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) throughout Tulsa County, Rogers County, Creek County, Muskogee County, Cherokee County, Wagoner County, and surrounding communities. Our in-home service model offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the children and families we serve. RBTs receive ongoing support, supervision, and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs through both in-person and telehealth supervision.
We are also seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. Patterns ABA offers opportunities for both in-person and remote/telehealth BCBA positions, allowing clinicians to support families while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

Career Opportunities
We offer a variety of roles for individuals interested in Applied Behavior Analysis, including:
